This bra is surprisingly light thanks to its silken fabric and lightweight mesh. The pull-on style with a double-layer seamless construction and individual cups (no mashing) offers full support; contoured straps adjust via sliders in back and curve between shoulder blades to a nonslip and comfortable racerback. Made of 94% polyester (41% recycled) 6% spandex. Recyclable through our Common Threads Recycling Program. Formfitting.

The reason why I love this bra is because it provides me enough support to run/jog and it is made so delicately without any hard stiching.

This is a really great sports bra however for someone C/D cup size I would not call it high impact more like medium impact. I can comfortably wear this all day without it hurting me (unlike most other sports bras for C/D cup size). I would recommend this sport bra to friends.
