This shirt is great for traveling. It does not wrinkle it drys very quickly and it protects you from the sun. I ordered one and liked it so much that I ordered another one. It is great for just wearing around town.

They are very very light at 11oz and offer the convenience of both a long sleeve cover up for super sunny days and cool nights (layered) and the freedom of a short sleeve shirt/technical shirt for hot & humid days. They dry super fast! I bought 2 and they are exactly as describe!

This shirt will be fine for some hikes. Overall though I'm not thrilled with it. It is heavier than it needs to be so it isn't very good for backpacking. For day hiking it will be fine especially when I don't want too hot of a shirt and mosquito protection is required (because it has long sleeves). It is an attractive shirt that could be worn for casual dress. I bought it on sale and the price was acceptable. At $50 I wouldn't feel like this shirt is a good value.

I bought this gem of a shirt for a recent 11-day European biking trip. I'll by another soon! I don't think a better designed shirt could ever be made. It kept me warm when it was cool cmfortable when it was hot it is nearly impossible to stain it looks sharp with an assortment of clothing (mineral blue) and for a wide range of occasions and it has enough well hidden pockets for any pack-rat! A must-have for any really serious traveller...
