I've used this bag through med school and residency. It is bullet proof. I've carried loads of books in it that no bag its size should ever have to lugg. It looks good and although leather I've washed it several times. I was planning on rewarding my self with a new one however I'm not crazy about the colors available. Back in the olden days when I bought mine they came in more colors.

Awesome briefcase and carry-on! Attractive/strong! Image: 5 Stars

If you're looking for a sturdy bag that can do it all check out the Trager - Saddle Expandable. I have had mine for almost 2 years now and still looks great after daily use and occassional business travel. I have even used it for a carry-on bag...holds plenty for a weekend or overnight trip. Rock-on Trager! Great warranty too! cheers Tim in N FL

Very cool bag!!!.... very spacious... the only thing is that there isn't much padding for my computer but its cool because my books are on the one side... so it works... the compartment for my mouse cords battery and pens works well! you just have to buckle it up. i've very much enjoyed my saddle bag i use it for college on the bus and on my bike its nice to keep from being TOO big compared to a contemporary backpack... Overall very nice with a strong durable fabric!
