Trager Bags Seattle Messenger Bag Trager Bags: Seattle Messenger Bag

Take your own path to work with this rugged versatile 2250 cu. in. capacity bag.

Don't be fooled by the name--while the Seattle Messenger might look like a courier bag on steroids it's also a practical portable office. This 2250 cu. in. bag easily doubles as a daypack or a business brief with a high-density Cordura shell that shrugs off any weather. A load-bearing waist strap transfers load weight from your shoulders to your hips (you can also tuck the strap away if you don't need it).

Great bag. Minor storage concerns Image: 4 Stars

The bag is plenty roomy for my laptop and other stuff. Some options with compartments would have made it better (one compartment for computer one big compartment for other big stuff some pockets. I think it is what it was advertised as so my fault for reading into it what I wanted e.g. a place to put printed documents a place to hold my 1 liter water bottle. It feels great across my shoulder fits my body well. All in all a great bag for someone who doesn't want a backpack and wants to carry lots of stuff

Perfect bag for law school's heavy loads. Ergonomic design keeps it comfortable even when loaded to the gills!!!

Over 10 years of college life, business life, travel life... Image: 5 Stars

This bag has traveled the entire US minus AK and HI... and despite constantly carrying heavy (I mean med school text books from the 90s heavy) loads and being in absolutely rotten weather through midwest winters and SoCal summers... it looks and feels and works just like it's brand new. Laptops weren't even really commonplace when I got it but it carried my (laughable) Toshiba and the US Robotics external 56k modem when I did some traveling work and had to securely transmit all the things my computer was kind enough to encrypt... In any case I shove a bottle of Aquafina in the mesh pockets and zip halfway just to secure it... then I have small pockets for what used to be 3.5" discs and what are now more often flash drives... This has adapted well to my needs and rather than getting a laptop bag for a 17" gaming machine I just bought (not to game really just to have powerful graphics and have some fun HD entertainment)... well I'm just buying a laptop sleeve and introducing my faithful Trager to its next tasks. It was mostly important back then to get the best quality... a lifetime warranty on a messenger bag are they kidding? Short answer is no they are not... The cobalt is absolutely beautiful btw... I'm a lady and love love love it... and its weave details on the actual fabric are gorgeous. I'm proud to carry something from a company where the fabric the thread and the final product are all entirely US creations.

I've looked far and wide for the perfect sized business bag that I can take on overnight trips. This is it! It holds all of my business papers books etc. and still has plenty of room for a folded shirt toiletry kit underwear even gym clothes.

Best pack I ever had Image: 5 Stars

This is just an awesome pack. I have used regular backpacks for school and work but they are nothing like this. This pack has tons of room for books binders even a laptop. Everthing is easy to access and put away. It is extremely comfortable and the waist strap is very useful. The extra support it gives helps the back a lot and makes it easier to walk with. This pack is also great for those who ride the bus. Unlike a backpack which you have to take off to sit down you just swing this pack to your front and sit. I highly recommend this pack!
